ABOUT ME
My name is Shakira Nidhan and I have been a professional makeup artist since 2008. After going to makeup school for production makeup artistry, I began to freelance on my own to sharpen my skills. Studying makeup qualified me for weddings, film, t.v., theater, music video, runway, fashion, print, special effects and even airbrush makeup. Needless to say I wanted to get my hands into everything...and still do. I've done numerous photo shoots, campaigns, fashion shows and special events such as proms and weddings, and I must say I love it all.
I also worked in retail cosmetics for 10 years and had the opportunity to broaden my skills by working with various ethnicities, skin tones and textures of skin. To expand and further my education and skills, I attended an institution for skincare, and obtained my license as an esthetician in the state of GA and FL specializing in skincare. Without great skin, makeup doesn't have a strong foundation to build on.
With my education in skin care, I fell in love with helping people tackle their skin issues and bring back their confidence. As a skincare specialist its my job to not only give you a rejuvenating experience but to also teach you how to maintain a healthy skin routine.
I take pride in my skills as a makeup artist and esthetician and strive to achieve the best experience for my clients. I enjoy what I do and enjoy bringing confidence and beauty to my clients; And I certainly hope you invite me to bring these joys to you.
